Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Agent, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Travel Agent will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, which include flights, hotels, car rentals, and full travel packages. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, arranging reservations, and offering professional advice on travel options. The role also involves sales tasks, helping clients choose optimal travel solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, with an understanding of booking systems and processes
• Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Car Rental and knowledge of related services
• Sales expertise with the ability to recommend and promote travel services and packages
• Proficient in organizing travel itineraries and managing client preferences effectively
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using relevant travel booking software and tools
• A relevant degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, or business management is a plus
