This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourist Visa Filing Officer, located in Chandigarh, India. The responsibilities include processing visa applications, addressing immigration issues, and handling customer inquiries. The officer will also maintain excellent customer service and communication with clients, ensuring that their visa-related needs are met efficiently and accurately.

• Proficiency in handling Visas and Immigration Issues
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of travel industry regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
