Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourist Visa Filing Officer located in the Mohali district. The Tourist Visa Filing Officer will be responsible for processing visa applications, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and providing guidance to clients throughout the visa application process. The officer will maintain accurate records, communicate with embassies and consulates, and ensure timely submission of visa applications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visa regulations, application processes, and documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer applications and office software
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
