Role Description

Travelwindo is seeking a full-time Travel Agent to join our on-site team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Travel Agent will be responsible for managing customer travel bookings, making reservations, offering customized travel packages, and handling travel arrangements. This individual will interact with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience and suggest optimal travel and accommodation options. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service and supporting the sales team with travel-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills, including handling client inquiries and concerns effectively
• Knowledge of Car Rental and Airline Travel Booking
• Sales skills relevant to travel packages, upselling, and providing value-added services
• Proficiency with travel management software and booking platforms
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in an on-site role and collaborate with a team
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
