Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role located in Chandigarh, India. As a Travel Agent, you will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals. Your responsibilities will include creating customized travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients with queries and concerns. Additionally, you will promote and sell travel packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and Car Rentals
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote and sell travel packages effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
