Job Title: Outbound Sales Head (IT) – Permanent Role

Location: Kochi

Experience: 3+ years


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Head (IT) to lead our sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and closing deals in the IT domain.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve business targets


Prospect and generate qualified leads via calls, emails, events, and networking


Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and nurture long-term relationships


Negotiate effectively and close high-value deals


Continuously optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency


Key Skills & Requirements:


3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales (preferably in IT)


Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


Ability to drive lead generation and manage the full sales cycle


Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented mindset
