Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Outbound Sales Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, performing outbound sales calls, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role involves active communication with potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. The specialist will also track sales leads, update databases, and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Skills in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Proven experience in Sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet sales targets and work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Previous experience in HR consulting or related industries is a plus
