Outbound Sales Representative

**Job Description** India On Track (IOT) is looking for a full-time Outbound Sales Representative based in Mumbai. As an Outbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with potential customers, conduct outbound sales calls, email and IVR marketing, and manage customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating the benefits of IOT's programs to prospects. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate leads and engage with potential customers, including parents and schools - Conduct outbound sales calls and utilize email and IVR marketing strategies - Manage customer relationships effectively - Identify and pursue sales opportunities - Provide excellent customer service - Communicate the benefits of IOT's programs to prospects **Qualifications** - Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation - Strong customer service and communication skills - Proven track record in sales - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the sports industry is essential - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in using CRM tools India On Track (IOT) is dedicated to fostering a culture of sports among youth and empowering the next generation with the tools for a healthier, stronger nation through grassroots programs.
