Role Overview

We are hiring motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to generate subscription sales through proactive outbound calling. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing follow-ups, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Canadian clients to promote and sell subscription-based financial products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively to understand client needs and address concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Confidently handle objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in international outbound phone sales.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience in stock broking or financial markets is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Experience in BPO or call center environment is a plus.
