The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have hands-on experience managing various travel-related tasks. This role will require you to handle air ticketing, hotel bookings, sales of tour packages, and visa processing, ensuring our customers have a seamless and memorable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: Air Ticketing: Use online portals and systems to search and book flight tickets for clients, ensuring the best routes, prices, and convenience. Provide clients with detailed flight options, itineraries, and cost estimates. Assist clients with changes or cancellations, keeping them informed of any updates. Hotel Bookings: Research and book accommodations that meet client preferences and budgets. Coordinate with hotels to confirm reservations, special requests, and ensure a smooth check-in process for travelers. Ensure all hotel bookings are correctly reflected in the travel itinerary. Tour Package Sales: Present, recommend, and sell tailored tour packages to clients based on their preferences and needs. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best rates and packages. Provide clients with detailed information about travel destinations, tours, and inclusions. Visa Processing: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications. Stay updated on visa requirements for different countries and provide guidance to clients on documentation needed. Ensure the timely processing and approval of visas, keeping clients informed throughout the process. Client Relations & Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized travel advice and solutions. Address any client queries or issues promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents. Handle invoicing, confirmations, and travel-related paperwork. Ensure smooth coordination between departments, ensuring a hassle-free experience for clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in the travel industry, specifically in air ticketing, hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa processing. Strong proficiency in using travel portals and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with emerging travel trends, destinations, and promotions to ensure you are recommending the most relevant and attractive packages. Administrative Tasks : Handle the preparation of travel documentation, including itineraries, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
