Job Description

  • Meet and exceed

    quarterly sales targets

    . Targets will be on gross profits and Quarterly sales targets.
  • Execute

    outbound sales strategies

    to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through

    cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods

  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can solve their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain a

    healthy sales pipeline

    by following up on leads, managing prospects, and driving sales closures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the

    Salesforce CRM

    .

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2-3 years of outbound sales experience

    with an enterprise organization in a B2B or B2C background.
  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

    to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Must be fluent in professional working languages

    Hindi and English

    . Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    .
  • Self-starter

    with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the
