Job Description


  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach strategies.
  • Book qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Track all activities, prospects, and interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including calls, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and prospect needs to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and willingness to handle rejections positively.
  • Ability to quickly learn about products/services and explain value propositions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email outreach tools, and MS Office Suite.
