GoVisually is a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to streamline visual content review and approval for creative teams. We help agencies, marketing teams, and designers speed up feedback loops and collaboration so they can deliver more, faster.


What You’ll Do

As our Outbound Campaign Specialist, you'll be a key driver of outbound lead generation. You’ll craft, execute, and optimize high-impact cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and fuel our sales pipeline.

  1. Build and manage cold email campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles
  2. Use

    Clay

    Apollo, and Smartlead (or similar software) to research, enrich, and automate outreach
  3. Set up and manage

    automated LinkedIn outreach

    using tools like Heyreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, etc.
  4. Segment audiences, personalize emails, run A/B tests, and optimize deliverability
  5. Monitor and analyze open, reply, and conversion metrics; iterate for improvement
  6. Maintain and grow our prospect database with hygiene and segmentation best practices
  7. Collaborate with marketing & sales to align messaging, sequences, and follow-ups
  8. Document processes, create templates, and share learnings with the team


What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience (2+ years) executing cold email / outbound campaigns in a Previous experience running outbound campaigns for a SaaS company (B2B preferred).
  2. Hands-on experience with

    Clay software

    , Apollo, Smartlead, Automated LinkedIn tools (Heyreach, Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, etc.)
  3. Strong working knowledge of

    ChatGPT and Claude APIs

  4. Deep understanding of deliverability, email warm-up, inbox placement, spam filters
  5. Strong copywriting skills — you can write concise, compelling, and personalized cold emails
  6. Analytical mindset: comfortable diving into metrics, segmenting data, and optimizing
  7. Experience with email tools (e.g. Outreach, or similar)
  8. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  9. Self-starter, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and collaborative
