As a highly strategic and execution-focused Outbound Campaign Specialist at SailPoint, your role will be pivotal in enabling the DSR organization to maximize outreach effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and optimizing outbound call guides, sales playbooks, training materials, and email sequences to drive engagement, qualify leads, and generate pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop comprehensive outbound campaign strategies. - Design detailed call guides and sales playbooks for various outbound motions. - Craft compelling email sequences optimized for different buyer journey stages. - Develop and deliver training materials to the DSR team and provide ongoing coaching. - Implement A/B testing on call guides and email sequences for continuous improvement. - Partner with content marketing to ensure alignment between outbound messaging and content strategy. - Track key metrics related to outbound campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership. - Establish a feedback loop with DSRs to rapidly iterate on campaign elements. - Identify and recommend improvements to outbound processes, tools, and methodologies. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, outbound campaign development, or a DSR role in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proven track record of building effective call guides, sales playbooks, and email sequences. - Deep understanding of the DSR function and exceptional communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
