What You’ll Do As our Outbound Campaign Specialist, you'll be a key driver of outbound lead generation. You’ll craft, execute, and optimize high-impact cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and fuel our sales pipeline. Build and manage cold email campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles Use Clay Apollo, and Smartlead (or similar software) to research, enrich, and automate outreach Set up and manage automated LinkedIn outreach using tools like Heyreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, etc. Segment audiences, personalize emails, run A/B tests, and optimize deliverability Monitor and analyze open, reply, and conversion metrics; iterate for improvement Maintain and grow our prospect database with hygiene and segmentation best practices Collaborate with marketing & sales to align messaging, sequences, and follow-ups Document processes, create templates, and share learnings with the team What We’re Looking For Proven experience (2+ years) executing cold email / outbound campaigns in a Previous experience running outbound campaigns for a SaaS company (B2B preferred). What You’ll Do As our Content Strategist, you’ll own the content engine that fuels GoVisually’s growth in CPG and compliance-focused markets . You’ll create content that educates, inspires, and converts decision-makers while positioning GoVisually as the leading solution for creative collaboration and compliance. Develop a CPG & regulatory-focused content strategy aligned with business goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Plan, research, and produce high-impact content: blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces targeted at marketing, compliance, and creative teams in CPG . Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across channels. Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and outbound teams to build cohesive narratives. Optimize content for SEO, conversions, and audience engagement. Analyze performance and iterate content strategies based on data-driven insights. Repurpose content across formats (e.g., blog → LinkedIn carousel → short video). Stay updated on CPG trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and audience behavior . Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline content creation and ideation. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles , ideally in B2B SaaS targeting CPG or regulated industries . Proven ability to craft narratives that resonate with decision-makers in marketing, creative, or compliance teams . Exceptional writing and editing skills with a clear, persuasive, and authoritative tone . Strategic mindset — you understand how content drives growth in highly regulated industries . Familiarity with SEO, LinkedIn content formats, and performance metrics. Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and product teams. Hands-on experience with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar. Self-starter attitude — comfortable managing projects independently in a remote-first environment .
