Description

• We are seeking an experienced OUAF Developer to join our Oracle Utilities implementation team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework and experience implementing solutions such as CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), MDM (Meter Data Management), C2M (Customer to Meter), or WAM (Work & Asset Management). You will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and support of Oracle Utilities applications.

Role & Responsibilities

·        Develop and customize Oracle Utilities applications using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

·        Design and implement business logic using Java, Groovy, and OUAF scripting standards.

·        Work on configuration, extension, and integration of Oracle Utilities products (e.g., CC&B, C2M, MDM).

·        Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

·        Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

·        Troubleshoot technical issues, performance tuning, and provide ongoing support.

·        Follow coding and security best practices and contribute to technical documentation.

·        Participate in onsite meetings with stakeholders in Saudi Arabia and ensure alignment with local business requirements and regulations.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·        4+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities products and OUAF.

·        Strong Java development skills, including Java EE, web services, XML, XAI, and Groovy.

·        Experience with one or more Oracle Utilities products: CC&B, C2M, MDM, WAM, etc.

·        Familiarity with OUAF architecture, plug-in points, and business services.

·        Hands-on experience in developing UI maps, zones, business objects, and algorithms.

·        Good understanding of Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and data modeling.

·        Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in an onsite client-facing role.

Nice to Have

·        Previous project experience in the Middle East or Gulf region.

·        Oracle Utilities certifications (e.g., OUAF, CC&B).

·        Candidate has hands-on CCS Groovy development experience.

·        Candidate has hands-on Oracle Java Extension Toolkit (OJET) experience.

·        Candidate has hands-on Oracle Visual Builder experience.
