Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Utilities domain. Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities products, especially CX4U, DCS, ODA, OIA, CC&B, C2M, MDM, or related solutions. Experience in full-cycle Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrades. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Full stack web requirements for front end (e.g. HTML, CSS, VB, OJET, Web3, JSP, Node.JS) Understanding of Saudi Arabia's utility sector and regulatory landscape.
