Job Description

> Key Responsibilities- OTC: 1. Lead and manage the entire OTC cycle including order management, invoicing, collections, deductions, and cash application. 2. Develop and implement credit policies, risk assessments, and collection strategies. 3. Ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition as per company policies and compliance requirements. 4. Manage customer accounts, resolve disputes, and handle escalations to ensure positive client relationships. 5. Monitor receivables, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and overdue accounts to improve working capital. 6. Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and treasury teams to streamline OTC processes. 7. Implement automation and process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. 8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards. 9. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on collection, aging analysis, and process KPIs for management review. 10. Lead, mentor, and train the OTC team to build strong functional capabilities.
