As a SAP Sales & Distribution Manager at KPMG, your primary responsibility will be to lead client projects involving the implementation, customization, and support of SAP SD S4 HANA and associated modules. You will be required to leverage your consulting expertise, business acumen, and SAP solution proficiency to optimize business functionality and performance while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role necessitates a deep understanding of configuring SAP SD in HANA and integrating it with other modules like SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP PP. You will be involved in designing and developing complex solutions, gathering business requirements, executing plans efficiently, and facilitating collaboration between various stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and project teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in system upgrades, technical enhancements, and leading the Order to Cash Team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, along with exposure to project management, resource allocation, and defining project execution strategies. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential to lead a customer-centric and teamwork-oriented environment. The ability to perform effectively in dynamic settings, set goals, drive workshops, manage client expectations, and handle tight timelines is crucial. Moreover, experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, detailed design discussions, TO BE design documentation, and exposure to S/4 Road Map and Industry best practices are highly desirable. Certification in SAP S4 Sales, significant experience in S/4 HANA implementations, and industry knowledge in sectors like Life Sciences, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Telecom, and Logistics are mandatory requirements for this role. The successful candidate should hold a degree in B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA with a minimum of 10-14 years of experience in SAP SD. The individual must demonstrate proficiency in SAP Sales capabilities, S/4HANA implementations, and industry-specific knowledge to effectively contribute to the organization's objectives.
