Job Description

Analysts

Chennai candidates only can apply

Credit & Collections Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer credit profiles and recommend credit limits
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
Prepare aging reports and collection forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth collections
Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
Maintain documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Skills & Attributes:

2 to 10 years of experience in Credit & Collections or related finance roles
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Experience working in US shift or with international clients preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
