Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is a plus resolving P1/P2 tickets in a close deadline. 9. Should be able to handle multiple domains like SCM, HCM and Finance for OTBI subject area. 10. Able to work on problem tickets as a part of problem management process. 11. Should be able to create ESS jobs for BIP reports. Mandatory Skills: 1. Strong working knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL is mandatory. 2. Strong working knowledge on BIP reports, OTBI analyses is mandatory. 3. Strong working knowledge of developing and testing extracts using BI Cloud Connector (BICC). 4. Job Title: Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Exp: 5 to 8 years Location: Pan India Notice Period: 0 - 45 days JD for the OSM resource: More than 7 years of experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle subscription management cloud. At least one OSM end-to-end implementation experience with good knowledge of OSM functional configurations, BIP/OTBI reports, and Bursting queries. Knowledge of implementing subscription renewals, evergreen subscriptions, and usage-based renewals. Set up knowledge of pricing, items and CDM (customer data management), user and role creation Experience in writing and understanding Groovy, triggers/object functions, custom objects, service mapping/algorithms, REST, and SOAP APIs. Handled at least one integration from and to OSM Good with Excel-based data analysis to identify what API’s need to run for the OSM data correction Work as a single point of contact for the business, understand the requirements, and derive an amicable solution that is acceptable to the business, document the design documents, and get approval from the business. Knowledge of JIRA will be added advantage Handle the support tickets related to OSM within the defined SLA.
