Job Description

As a Senior Associate with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of RFP responses related to Oracle HCM Fusion implementations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive and compelling RFP submissions that align with client needs and industry best practices. You will be conducting engaging client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring them to showcase the value and functionality of the solution based on specific client requirements. During demo sessions, you will address client inquiries and concerns effectively. Your responsibilities will also include identifying business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules. With at least 5 years of relevant Fusion experience in HCM modules and additional experience in EBS, you will be expected to identify functionality fit and gaps and develop solutions to address any gaps, while effectively communicating and interacting with clients. Collaboration with project team members for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will also be involved in testing and validating various technical components, resolving issues, and supporting clients with the execution of test scripts throughout the implementation phases. Furthermore, you will be required to develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators to ensure effective use and maintenance of the Fusion HCM Solutions. Your role will involve conducting demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams, including end customers, and working with offshore teams to ensure client satisfaction. Your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources will be essential. You will act as a subject matter expert, leading clients to architect design and implement various HCM Modules, conducting client workshops/configurations on the modules, creating workflows and security, as well as exposure to personalization and creating OTBI Reports. Good presentation and communication skills are vital for this role, along with a preferred qualification of Graduation or MBA (HRMS). Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology, preferably Agile or Iterative development, and experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment will be beneficial for success in this position. This position is based in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, or Noida.,
