As a Senior Associate with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of RFP responses related to Oracle HCM Fusion implementations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive and compelling RFP submissions that align with client needs and industry best practices. You will be conducting engaging client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring them to showcase the value and functionality of the solution based on specific client requirements. Good presentation and communication skills are vital for this role, along with a preferred qualification of Graduation or MBA (HRMS).
