OTA Expert


Role Overview

The OTA Expert will be responsible for optimizing the organization’s online travel distribution, managing channel performance, and developing sustainable corporate partnerships. The position demands strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and an ability to drive revenue through both OTA platforms and B2B client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end management of OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra, Airbnb, and others.
  • Implement and maintain dynamic pricing, inventory management, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and revenue.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and conversion ratios to ensure consistent growth.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Operations teams for accurate data synchronization and seamless reservation processing.
  • Identify and onboard corporate clients, HR/admin departments, and travel partners to establish long-term business relationships.
  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Branding teams to design and implement OTA and corporate promotional campaigns.
  • Resolve OTA-related discrepancies and guest issues in alignment with company policies and service standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports highlighting OTA trends, corporate booking performance, and revenue analytics to management.


Key Competencies & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in OTA operations, revenue management, or corporate sales within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in OTA extranets, Channel Management Systems, and Hotel PMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of revenue optimization techniques and market segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data interpretation.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined KPIs.
  • Prior exposure to the Hyderabad hospitality market will be advantageous.
