About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic OTA Operations Manager to manage and optimize our hotel’s presence across all online travel agency platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.).

The role will focus on maximizing online sales, managing inventory, ensuring rate parity, improving visibility, and enhancing guest booking experience through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and monitor hotel listings on all OTA platforms.

-Maintain rate parity, availability, and content accuracy across OTAs.

-Optimize room distribution strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

-Coordinate with the revenue management team to update pricing and promotions.

-Track booking patterns, cancellations, and market demand to adjust strategies.

-Handle OTA extranet operations (loading rates, inventory, offers, restrictions).

Improve visibility and ranking on OTA platforms through promotions and strategies.

- Monitor guest reviews on OTAs, respond promptly, and implement service improvements.

-Build relationships with OTA market managers to negotiate better visibility and deals.

-Generate OTA performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, conversion rates).

• Work with the front office, reservations, and sales team for smooth operations.
• Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of OTA / hotel distribution / revenue management experience.

Strong knowledge of OTA extranets (Booking.com, MMT, Expedia, Agoda, etc.).

Familiarity with channel managers & PMS systems.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
