Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ORM Executive located in Delhi. The ORM Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online reputation of clients. Daily tasks include tracking brand mentions, handling customer reviews, responding to feedback online, analyzing customer sentiment, and strategizing to improve brand perception. The role involves working closely with other teams to ensure a consistent and positive online presence for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Strategy, and Management
• Strong skills in Customer Review Management and Responding to Feedback
• Proficiency in Tracking Brand Mentions and Analyzing Customer Sentiment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in digital marketing or public relations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
