About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Seeding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in seeding across platforms like Quora, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, with the ability to create and adapt content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute seeding activities across Quora, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Write engaging, platform-appropriate content that drives visibility, awareness, and positive sentiment for the brand.
• Identify opportunities for organic engagement and community interactions.
• Monitor discussions, trends, and brand mention to seed content strategically.
• Collaborate with the ORM, Content, and Social Media teams to align seeding activities with overall campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on seeding performance and provide insights for optimization.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in online seeding and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Quora, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram communities.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt tone and style depending on the platform and audience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure impact.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
