Job Description:
We are looking for an ORM Executive to manage and protect the online reputation of our clients. The role involves monitoring digital platforms, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring positive brand perception across online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media, review sites, and online platforms for brand mentions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries/feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when required.
• Track, analyze, and report ORM activities and sentiment trends.
• Implement strategies to enhance online reputation and brand presence.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in ORM or social media management.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues tactfully and professionally.
• Familiarity with ORM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,248.11 - ₹36,314.44 per month
