Role Overview:

We are looking for a vibrant and innovative Social Media Community expert to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is pivotal in engaging and delighting brand’s online social communities through creative content and engagement tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Savvy: Develop and execute captivating social media strategies that resonate with our community.
• Content Maestro: Craft and curate engaging content that spotlights our community and brings our brand story to life.
• Community Engagement: Build, nurture and engage with online communities, fostering a sense of relatability and entertaining them all along.
• Metrics Master: Analyse and report on community engagement metrics to continuously improve our strategies.
• Social Listening - Monitor client mentions across social media, review sites, forums, and other online platforms.

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a community / social marketing role

  , preferably for new age, gen-z brands.
• Creativity: A visionary thinker who can dream up and execute unique, buzz-worthy campaigns.
• Communication: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to connect authentically with our audience.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data to inform and optimise community engagement strategies.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm to connect and have fun with the audiences.
• Social tools - Experience with social media management and monitoring tools (e.g., Melt Water, Sprout Social, Sprinklr).
