Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Manager to lead and implement change initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will develop change management strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. This role requires a strong understanding of business transformation, change frameworks, and employee engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives. Conduct impact assessments to analyse organizational readiness for change. Design and implement communication plans to ensure clear messaging around change initiatives. Engage with key stakeholders and leadership to gain buy-in and support for change efforts. Create and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand and adopt new processes. Establish success metrics and monitor progress to measure the impact of change efforts. Identify and address resistance to change, providing support and solutions to mitigate risks. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to integrate change efforts across functions. Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Document and report on lessons learned to refine change management processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational development. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model). Experience in stakeholder management, employee engagement, and training development. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with project management and business process improvement frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and change management software. Preferred Qualifications: Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus. Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital transformation. Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, technology is desirable.
