  • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals

  • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time


Core Purpose of the Role :

The Manager, Organization Design & HR Strategy supports the design and implementation of enterprise-wide HR strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role partners closely with senior HR leaders, business unit HR heads, and external consultants to provide analytical, structural, and executional support on organization design projects, workforce planning, and talent strategies.

Role Accountabilities

Organization Design Support


  • Provide research, data analysis, and modeling to support org design initiatives (spans & layers, structure reviews, role clarity).

  • Prepare scenarios, headcount models, and cost-impact assessments to enable leadership decision-making.

  • Document proposed structures, reporting lines, and governance frameworks for review and approval.

  • Benchmark organizational structures against industry best practices and market standards.

HR Strategy Enablement


  • Support the development and rollout of enterprise HR strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and talent frameworks.

  • Assist in aligning HR processes (rewards, promotions, development) with organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate project management activities for HR strategy initiatives, including timelines, stakeholder updates, and governance requirements.

Change & Communication Support


  • Develop communication materials, executive presentations, and briefing notes for leadership discussions (CEO, CHRO, Board/NRC).

  • Support change management initiatives by preparing stakeholder maps, impact analyses, and training materials.

Experience:

Educational and/or professional experience in organizational design and/or development

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Knowledge of organizational assessment and diagnostics

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel

  • Fair knowledge of the business landscape, the scientific landscape, and the compliance frameworks

  • Fair understanding of finance, modeling, and simulation

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with empathy in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient; ability to resolve conflicts in a win-win manner

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence irrespective of hierarchies

  • Problem solver; anticipates and develops solutions relevant to customers


Education:

MBA in HR or General Management
