Organic Marketing Specialist (Edtech Industry Only)

Job Summary

We are looking for creative Organic Marketing Specialists to build and execute

comprehensive organic marketing strategies. You'll focus on growing our brand presence

through content marketing, SEO, social media, and community building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute organic marketing strategies across multiple channels including

SEO, content marketing, and social media

● Leverage AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) to create high-quality,

engaging content including blog posts, social media content, videos, and infographics

● Utilize AI tools for content ideation, headline generation, and copy optimization

across different formats and platforms

● Optimize website content and structure for search engines using AI-powered SEO

tools and content analysis

● Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using AI-enhanced research

tools to identify content opportunities

● Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities, using AI tools

for scheduling, response generation, and community management

● Implement AI-driven content personalization and audience segmentation strategies

● Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for organic growth initiatives

● Monitor and analyze organic marketing metrics using AI analytics tools for deeper

insights and predictive analysis

● Implement email marketing campaigns with AI-powered subject line optimization and

content personalization

● Stay current with AI marketing tools, SEO algorithm updates, social media trends,

and content best practices

● Work closely with the design team and utilize AI design tools to create visually

appealing marketing materials

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

● 2-4 years of experience in organic marketing, content marketing, or social media

marketing

● Proficiency with AI writing and content creation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper,

Copy.ai, or similar platforms)

● Experience using AI tools for content ideation, optimization, and audience research

● Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating both original and

AI-assisted content creation

● Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, and AI-powered SEO

analysis tools

● Proficiency in social media management tools and AI-enhanced analytics platforms

● Understanding of content management systems and AI content integration

(WordPress, etc.)

● Knowledge of email marketing platforms with AI-powered personalization and

marketing automation

● Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and leverage AI insights

tools

Preferred Qualifications

● Knowledge of graphic design tools and AI design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative

Suite, Midjourney, DALL-E)

● Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization

● Experience with AI tools for market research, trend analysis, and competitive

intelligence

● Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles using AI testing tools

● Experience in community management and AI-powered customer engagement tools

● Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and AI-driven predictive analytics (Google

Analytics, social media insights)
