Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage AR/OTC operations: cash application, collections, reconciliations, and unapplied cash resolution
Drive collections strategies to reduce DSO and meet cash forecasting targets
Ensure timely and accurate month-end close aligned with SLAs and KPIs
Lead and mentor teams; allocate workloads and monitor productivity
Identify risks, resolve disputes, and escalate issues proactively
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Disputes, Finance) for issue resolution
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with SOX and internal controls
Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices adoption
Support reporting, analysis, and special projects as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant experience in AR / OTC operations with team handling exposure
Strong knowledge of collections, cash application, reconciliation, and DSO management
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office / Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and customer-focused
Experience with process improvement / digital initiatives (RPA, AI, automation preferred)
