Order Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Order Processing: Receive, process, and manage customer orders from initial request to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer support. • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate to ensure a seamless sales process. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability for orders. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer profiles, and order histories of the company. • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to arrange timely deliveries and track shipments. • Reporting: Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data to support decision-making by the sales team and management. • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales-related documentation. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role. • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. • Customer-focused attitude and ability to build positive relationships. • Joining Time : 15 days • Experience in Building Materials Industry. • Familiarity with sales and inventory management software. • Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
