The Order Management Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization, with a primary responsibility of ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Serving as a liaison between sales, logistics, and customer service departments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Process customer orders accurately and promptly, verifying all details for correctness. - Collaborate with the sales team to confirm order specifics and meet client requirements. - Communicate with logistics to address and resolve shipping issues or delays efficiently. - Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all orders and customer interactions in the system. - Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to order matters, showcasing superior customer service. - Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with customer needs. - Generate and analyze order processing reports to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations throughout the order processing cycle. - Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing differences and ensure accurate invoicing. - Proactively identify areas for process improvements to enhance the customer order experience. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members in order management processes. - Engage in cross-functional project teams to drive initiatives that improve order management processes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in order management or a similar operational role. - Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems for order handling and customer relations. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines efficiently.
