Order Management Executive

If you know basic computer skills and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this job is for you!Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders by creating shipping labels and tracking them.

• Handle returns and cancellations, and update customers on their orders.

• Work with the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) team to answer customer questions about orders.

• Keep records of all orders and returns.

• Work with the logistics and operations teams to make sure orders are fulfilled properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any degree or diploma (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Optional: Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or OMS (Order Management System) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Quick to learn and take initiative.
