Order Entry Support 3

In this role with the APAC order to invoice team at Red Hat, you will work as part of the APAC Accounting team processing customer orders to meet their needs in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Receive, review, and process orders - Ensure that the orders are compliant with policies and controls - Collaborate with sales and other teams for daily operations - Be available to work on Month end and Quarter end - Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of team's overall objectives - Continuously look for ways to improve processes - Complete other ad hoc duties as needed by management To excel in this role, you will need the following skills: - Experience in Order Management or a similar role is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese - Knowledge of Oracle or SAP ERP and Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems is a plus - Proactive, adaptable, and flexible - Ability to create solid working relationships with colleagues and customers - Ability to make administrative or procedural decisions, as well as identify, analyze, and solve problems - Solid organizational skills - High attention to details - Ability to meet deadlines Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, leveraging a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing technologies.
