Job Description

Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Hiring Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts for our rapidly growing Oracle practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem—especially Oracle Cloud—and demonstrate a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier Oracle professionals across consulting, delivery, and architecture roles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Hiring Leadership
    - Develop and execute a hiring strategy aligned with Oracle practice growth goals
  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
    - Build and manage a pipeline of Oracle-skilled professionals including consultants, architects, developers, and project managers
    - Leverage industry networks, job boards, and social platforms to source passive and active candidates
  • Candidate Evaluation
    - Screen and assess candidates for technical proficiency, functional expertise, and cultural fit
    - Collaborate with panels to refine evaluation criteria for Oracle Cloud roles
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    - Work closely with delivery, sales, and leaders to ensure hiring aligns with demands and growth goals
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on hiring metrics and market trends
- Brand & Engagement    - Represent the company at Oracle-related events, job fairs, and online forums.    - Enhance employer branding within the Oracle talent community.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hiring for various Oracle roles, especially in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle modules and certifications
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in IT services or consulting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)

  • Prior experience working in or with Oracle practice
  • Strong network within the Oracle talent ecosystem
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
