Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) professional with 5–10 years of relevant experience to design, develop, and support integration solutions across Oracle and non-Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud integration, middleware, and API management, with proven expertise in OIC and related Oracle Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development:

Architect and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including process automation, application integration, and data synchronization.

Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and on-premise or third-party systems.

Create and manage REST and SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and adapters.

Solution Delivery:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

Best Practices & Documentation:

Develop and enforce integration best practices, standards, and guidelines.

Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Support & Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, including monitoring, incident management, and enhancements.

Participate in upgrade and migration projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience:

5–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle middleware technologies (e.g., SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus).

Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and cloud architecture.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in designing and developing integrations using REST/SOAP web services, file-based integrations, and pre-built OIC adapters.

Experience with Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) integration.

Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Groovy) and transformation (XSLT, JSON, XML).

Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL).

Other Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud certifications (OIC, OCI, SaaS modules).

Experience with other integration platforms (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
