Job Description

We are looking for skilled SAP HCM consultants with 6 to 9 years of experience to work on a contract-to-hire basis for our client, Cap Gemini, located in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure SAP HCM modules for clients.
Provide expertise in SAP HCM, including core HR, Absence Management, Time Management, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Successfactors, and Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions using SAP HCM tools.
Train and support end-users on SAP HCM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM implementations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and functionalities.
Experience working with clients across various industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with other HR-related technologies and tools.
