Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Oracle HCM Cloud professionals. The responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their business processes, providing consulting on Oracle HR and Applications, and integrating systems to meet client specifications. The role requires regular updates and status reporting as necessary.

Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead

Location: Hyderabad/Remote, India

Qualifications

Requirement:

• The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & client IT, gather technical requirements, and develop solution.
• The candidate should have a minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects.
• Strong understanding of

  USA Payroll processing, legislation,

  integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation.
• Should have good understanding of

  Oracle Cloud - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, as well as HDL

  .
• Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US. 
• At least 8 years of experience in IT
• Should have working exposure on either Oracle Fusion absence or OTL .
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation and support projects
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support 
• Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables.
• Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution. 
• Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation 
• Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud Payroll solution.
• Must have hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Experience in integrating Payroll with Oracle ERP Cloud (General Ledger and PPM modules).
• Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
• Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution.
• Desired Skills/Good to Have:
• Experience in additional modules such as Compensation, OTL, etc. is preferred.
• Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
• Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
• Good command over spoken & written English.
• Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
• Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

Role: Oracle Fusion Absence & OTL

Location: Hyderabad/Remote, India

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, or Computer Applications, or Information Systems, or any other engineering degree, with at least 6-7 years of work experience in Fusion Implementation.
• Good Exposure in Absence Management and OTL, Reports, HDL.
• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Absence Management or Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor OTL
• Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Absence Management based on customer requirements and document application set-ups.
• Functional troubleshooting in Absence Management modules to identify setup issues and resolve the issues.
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in the various implementation phases.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
• Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor OTL
• Function as the subject matter expert leading client to architect design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor.
• Should have conducted client workshops and configuration on the module.
