Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Oracle Fusion Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion integrations within an iPaaS ecosystem. This role bridges functional Oracle Fusion business needs and technical integration execution across departments like finance, HR, SCM, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Requirement Gathering

Analyze business needs and define functional requirements—aligning Oracle Fusion modules with integration capabilities.

• Integration Implementation

Design, configure, and deploy Engageable integration flows using middleware’s platform to connect Oracle Fusion with external systems, enhancing data quality, reducing duplication, and streamlining workflows.

• Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and execute test cases for SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring data integrity and performance across integrated systems.

• Optimization & Support

Oversee integration performance, troubleshoot issues, refine flows, and ensure seamless ongoing operations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with clients, internal architects, and development teams to deliver integration projects that align with business goals.

• Documentation & Training

Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver training or support materials for clients and internal teams.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Proven Oracle Fusion Expertise

3+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion modules, ERP, HCM, SCM, CX/ EPM, PPM and Analytics especially using prebuilt connectors or integration tools.

• iPaaS or Middleware Integration Experience

Familiarity with integration platforms and proficiency with REST APIs and data exchange best practices

• Functional + Technical Blend

Ability to understand functional business processes and translate them into technically sound integration designs.

• OLTP & Reporting Knowledge

Insight into transactional flows, data governance, and business-intelligence reporting

• Communication & Client Interaction

Effective communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.

• Nice-to-Haves

o Oracle certifications

o Experience with low-code/no-code integration platforms

o Familiarity with Saudi regulatory contexts

o Experience working in multi-country or global Oracle implementations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
