About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead Consultant to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across SCM modules, proven experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including but not limited to:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement (Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal)
• Order Management
• Product Hub
• Manufacturing / Costing (if applicable)
• Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration based on client needs.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDs), test scripts, and conduct UAT sessions.
• Work closely with technical teams for data migration, reports, and integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and seamless process flows across modules.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and SCM system capabilities.
• Mentor and guide team members and coordinate across Finance, HCM, and Projects teams for end-to-end business process integration.
• Stay updated with latest Oracle Cloud releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, with at least 2+ full-cycle implementations on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deep functional knowledge in modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, and Costing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and cross-module integrations.
• Hands-on experience with functional setups, data migration (FBDI), and testing.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and workflow configurations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.
• Exposure to Planning Central, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹520,407.60 - ₹1,945,577.26 per year
