Role Overview

Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with strong Production Support expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  production support

  for Oracle Fusion Payroll and HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits).
• Monitor and resolve issues in

  Payroll runs, Batches, QuickPay, RetroPay, and costing results

  .
• Handle

  configuration, testing, and validation

  of payroll elements, fast formulas, lookups, and reports.
• Support

  monthly/quarterly/year-end payroll activities

  including reconciliations, auditing, and compliance reporting.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, interface failures, and integration issues with Finance and HR systems.
• Create and manage

  HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher reports

  for payroll and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to provide

  functional and technical support

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  payroll compliance laws, taxation rules, and statutory regulations

  .
• Coordinate with Oracle support (SR management) for product-related issues.
• Participate in

  patch testing, upgrades, and enhancements

  in payroll systems.
• Provide

  knowledge transfer, documentation, and training

  to end-users and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in

  Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll

  with end-to-end implementation and production support.
• Knowledge of

  payroll processes

  : Pre-payroll validation, payroll run, costing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
• Experience with

  Payroll Fast Formulas (FF), HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports

  .
• Exposure to

  Absence Management, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR

  is an added advantage.
• Understanding of

  interfaces and integrations

  with third-party systems (Finance, Tax, Benefits vendors).
• Hands-on experience with

  incident management, problem resolution, and SLA-based support

  .
• Ability to work in a

  24x7 production support model

  with on-call rotation if required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
