Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Payroll and Fast Formula to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including payroll processing and fast formula development.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Design and develop reports using Oracle Fusion's reporting tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including payroll and fast formula development.
Experience working with clients in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion's reporting tools and data analysis capabilities.
