Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations and support projects.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payables (AP)
• Accounts Receivables (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management
• Expense Management
• Perform functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support financial month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and reporting.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant

• 4 to 10 years

  of total experience, with

  minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials

  .
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and business finance processes.
• Strong experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).
• Experience with P2P and O2C cycles.
• Oracle certification in Fusion Financials is a plus.
• Experience working in BFSI, manufacturing, or services domain is preferred.
