Mandatory Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technologies and demonstrate the ability to lead a team in delivering high quality data solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in data intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Oversee the development and deployment of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion and data intelligence technologies.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.

• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Technical components, including but not limited to data modeling, ETL, and reporting.

• Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.

• Solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud based data solutions and integration with Oracle Cloud.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, or Python.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role.

• Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.
