Job Description

Oracle Fusion FDI Integration:

Lead backend integration efforts within Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
Apex pages to be integrated with Workforce Core subject areas.
Implement client mapping, BLI mapping, and specialized function mapping.

External Data Handling:

Integrate external datasets (e.g., learning data) not captured within Oracle systems.
Ensure compatibility and seamless data flow into Oracle Fusion.

Semantic Module Extension:

Extend semantic modules to support evolving business logic and reporting needs.
Collaborate with functional teams to define semantic structures.

Ratings & Data Mapping Automation:

Automate mapping of performance ratings previously handled manually by the Cloud Annotation team.
Design scalable solutions for future data mapping requirements.

Backend Optimization for FDI:

Provide backend support to enhance and streamline FDI processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

Reporting & Visualization:

Build and maintain dashboards using
Power BI
to support business insights.
Translate complex datasets into actionable visual reports.

SQL :

Good knowledge of SQL.
