As a Technical Team Lead specializing in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of data professionals to design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Assisting in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Oversee the development and deployment of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies - Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality and performance - Stay updated with the latest trends in Oracle Fusion and data intelligence technologies - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team - Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 1-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence - Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role - Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus As a candidate for this role, you should possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, proficiency in Oracle Fusion Technical components like data modeling, ETL, and reporting, experience in leading technical teams, and managing project deliverables. A solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, are essential. Preferred skills include familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and integration with Oracle Cloud, experience with data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar, knowledge of programming languages like SQL, PL/SQL, or Python, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.,
