Job Description

Own end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle modules including WIP, BOM, INV, and Costing.
Collaborate with SCM teams to ensure seamless integration across modules such as Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend best practices for manufacturing operations.
Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
Manage testing cycles including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot production issues.
Work closely with technical teams for development and deployment of custom solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: INV, BOM, MFG, Purchasing, and Order Management.
Ability to write detailed functional documentation and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.
